Telegram founder Pavel Durov being arrested in France, the Free Pavel Durov mini-program on Telegram has seen a rapid increase in community users. The project claims to draw attention to freedom of speech through token airdrops, with the $FREE token airdropped to all Telegram users. As of the time of writing, 20% of the airdrop has been claimed.
