Solana Mobile announced that pre-orders for its second-generation phone have exceeded 40,000. Earlier, on January 19th, Solana co-founder and president of Solana Labs, Raj Gokal, stated that pre-orders for the second-generation phone had reached 30,000 within the first 30 hours. Solana began pre-selling its second-generation phone on January 17th, with a $450 deposit during the "Founder Window" period, and delivery is expected in 2025.
