Founder of Slow Mist, Yu Xian, reminded users on the X platform to be cautious when using tools related to friend.tech, especially those that directly request private keys or require users to log in through friend.tech accounts (such as mobile phones) and independent passwords (friend.tech's 2FA). He warned that these services' backends can interact with friend.tech through reverse proxies, which may manipulate user funds. Yu Xian emphasized that this risk has nothing to do with friend.tech itself but is a problem that exists in centralized services. He also mentioned that this advanced phishing technique was prevalent in the Web2 era and is still effective in the Web3 era.
