Shibarium network's Puppynet, a native test network, has surpassed 10 million transactions, indicating increased activity ahead of its release on the mainnet later this year. Since its launch on March 11, Puppynet has processed over 11 million transactions from almost 15 million wallets, with over 400,000 transactions in a 24-hour period on May 21. Shibarium, a layer 2 network, will soon join other Ethereum-based blockchains in addressing scalability, speed, and expense issues. Shibarium's focus on metaverse and gaming applications, as well as its use as a cheap settlement for decentralized applications, could further strengthen the fundamentals of Shiba Inu's ecosystem tokens.
