According to official sources, as part of the proposed Sei v2 upgrade, Sei will be upgraded to support two execution environments: CosmWasm and EVM. CosmWasm and EVM applications will inherit the advantages of Sei v2's optimized architecture, such as the fastest final confirmation time of any blockchain and the ability to process thousands of TPS. Additionally, users will be able to use both new and old Sei applications on Sei v2 and interact with tokens or applications on Sei using their chosen wallet.
