On May 22nd, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Coinbase jointly filed a motion with the Southern District of New York court seeking to seal confidential information. Both parties claim that the disputed documents contain commercial information that would have a detrimental impact on their respective businesses if disclosed.
