SBF Defense Legal Team Asks Federal Judge To Allow Antidepressants in Prison

August 15th, according to Cointelegraph's report, in order to conduct criminal defense, SBF's defense legal team has requested that the federal judge allow this former CEO of FTX to take antidepressants in prison.

According to the documents of the Southern District of New York Federal Court, SBF has been receiving psychiatric treatment since February 2019 and has a "history of severe depression and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)." George Lerner said, "Without the above-mentioned psychiatric medication, SBF will exhibit symptoms of depression and ADHD, which will seriously affect his defense ability."
