Polymarket announced on its official Discord that it has identified the situation regarding the "Ukrainian rare earth market" prediction event. The resolution of this market goes against the expectations of Polymarket users. Polymarket stated that since this was not a market failure, refunds will not be issued.

At the same time, Polymarket and the UMA team have negotiated to establish systems, monitoring, etc., to ensure that this situation does not happen again.

According to previous community messages, a user manipulated the outcome of the "Ukrainian rare earth market" prediction event on Polymarket by hijacking the UMA oracle.
