PeckShield monitoring found that the phishing attacker who previously attacked a whale address and obtained 24.23 million US dollars in encrypted currency has once again transferred 2,000 ETH (3.1 million US dollars) to a new address 0x71C8...790e, and about 600 ETH was sent to Tornado Cash.
