Optimism launches Hyperchain application deployment rebate program

Optimism has announced the launch of the Superchain application deployment Rebate plan, which allows developers to start applications for free on the Superchain. Upon deployment on the Superchain, each developer can receive a deployment rebate of 0.05 ETH.
