However, OpenAI violated its founding goals and mission and pursued profits instead. In June, Musk withdrew the lawsuit, but re-filed it in August. In November of this year, Musk's lawsuit against OpenAI escalated again, accusing OpenAI of attempting to monopolize the generative artificial intelligence market.
