Binance's new algorithm has helped detect over 13.4 million fraudulent blockchain addresses for BNB and over 1.68 million for Ethereum. Binance's algorithm detects fraudulent addresses by first identifying suspicious transactions, such as those with values close to zero or unknown tokens, pairing them with potential victim addresses, and setting timestamps on malicious transactions to find potential infection points. According to Binance's report, these defrauded addresses are registered in the database of HashDit, Binance's security partner, which will help protect a wider range of cryptocurrency industries from infected scams.
