Net Zero Company Raises $5.5M in Seed Funding for Global Expansion and Launch of Carbon Removal Token

Stockholm-based Net Zero Company has secured $5.5m in Seed funding from investors including Oilinvest, VARO Energy and SilviCarbon. The company plans to use the funds to support global expansion and launch a new product suite, including the Carbon Removal Token, a secure and verifiable asset-backed token developed on the Ethereum blockchain. The token provides proof of environmental impact, enhancing credibility and accountability, and enables anyone to purchase carbon removals. Net Zero Company was founded in 2022 and is dedicated to driving the transition towards a sustainable, carbon-neutral future.
