on October 19th, at the 2024 Global Digital Commerce Conference held in Shanghai, the National Blockchain Technology Innovation Center released the "National Open Blockchain Network Technology White Paper", which systematically proposed the design concept of the national open blockchain network, key technological capabilities for independent innovation, and an open-source collaboration system.
