Celsius applied for bankruptcy more than a year ago and will seek bankruptcy court approval for its restructuring plan in the coming weeks. According to Celsius' proposed restructuring plan, Coinbase will provide brokerage and primary trading services for Celsius, engaging in activities that have led to regulatory litigation, which is still ongoing."
