MakerDAO, a decentralized autonomous organization, is set to approve governance proposals that will enforce anonymity for delegates. The proposals have received over 88% of votes in favor of approving the changes.
The changes will ban delegates from publicly revealing their identity and will also offer a whistle-blower bounty to identify breaches of anonymity. Some members of the Maker community have expressed concerns about the potential risks of the bounty system. Despite this, the new rules are expected to pass with a majority vote.
