Lawyer Do Kwon: Based on legal judgment, Do Kwon should be extradited to South Korea, not the United States

According to a report by Yonhap News Agency, Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon's lawyer stated that Do Kwon should be extradited to South Korea instead of the United States. The lawyer pointed out that based on relevant legal grounds, including the European Convention on Extradition of Criminals and the bilateral agreement signed with the United States, as well as domestic laws supported by international law, he is 100% confident that Do Kwon should return to South Korea.In a situation where both South Korea and the United States have requested extradition, the lawyer's statement implies that from a legal standpoint, Do Kwon may be sent to South Korea.In an interview last November, the Montenegrin Minister of Justice stated that the United States is the most important foreign policy partner and may make political decisions.
