Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase, said in an interview with Bloomberg that artificial intelligence can be applied to "every process" of company operations and may replace humans in certain roles. Dimon expects to see "all different types of AI models" as well as tools and technologies in the future.
This is a living, breathing thing, but for us, we're thinking about every process, so errors, trades, hedges, research, every application, every database, you can apply AI to it. So it may serve as a co-pilot, or it may replace humans... AI is largely doing all of our equity hedging. This is the generation of creativity, large language models, and more broadly, it may also affect customer service.
