The lackluster NFT artwork, tanking token prices, and failure to deliver on the roadmap led to investor dissatisfaction, and a class action lawsuit was filed against CryptoZoo and Paul. Despite an email from Paul's lawyer suggesting commitment to the refund process, Coffezilla questions the lack of a concrete plan six months later.
