June 16 (Cointime) - According to a survey by Laser Digital, institutional investors are interested in investing in cryptocurrencies as part of their portfolio strategy, with 96% viewing digital assets as an opportunity to diversify their investments.
However, around 90% of respondents stated that they would only consider investing in digital asset funds or investment vehicles if they had the backing of a large traditional financial institution.
The survey also found that legal or regulatory constraints may deter investment in digital asset-related products, with over 76% of respondents expressing this concern. Despite this, many banks still feel bullish on digital assets, including crypto.
