Hydra Node Launches on Cardano Mainnet to Improve Scalability and Reduce Fees

The first Hydra node that is compatible with the Cardano mainnet was launched on May 11th, according to developer Sebastian Nagel.

Hydra is a layer2 scaling solution that aims to improve scalability on the Cardano blockchain by increasing transaction speed and minimizing transaction costs.

Despite the developments, the token ADA has not seen a significant rise in value, and Ethereum is experiencing a massive rise in gas fees due to the recent meme coin frenzy holding the crypto market.
