Huangpu District, Shanghai: Introduce High-Quality Enterprises Such As Blockchain and Provide Support After Identification

The Shanghai Municipal Government has issued the "Supporting Measures for Grasping the Trend of Science and Technology Returning to the City and Accelerating the Improvement of Science and Technology Development Level in Huangpu District".

The measures propose to encourage the development of various types of technology enterprises. A group of enterprises with advanced, innovative, breakthrough or disruptive technologies in industries such as financial technology, biomedicine, green low-carbon, new generation information technology, and with industrial leading and driving roles, will be recognized and given a one-time research and development support of 2 million yuan.

A group of enterprises with obvious technical or market advantages in segmented areas such as blockchain, robotics, chip semiconductors, medical outsourcing services (CXO), brain science, meta-universe, new materials, and have already obtained certain equity investments, will be recognized and given a one-time research and development support of 1 million yuan.
