The distributed stablecoin project Hope.money announced that the HopeLend protocol was hacked yesterday, but the hacker did not profit from this attack.
This attack resulted in the loss of about 528 ETH, of which 263.91 ETH was bribed to the validator (managed by Lido) by the front-running trader who exploited the vulnerability, and the front-runner finally gained 264.08 ETH.
Currently, the team is actively contacting the parties involved to recover the related assets. All the protocols currently deployed by Hope.money are separate and will not affect the various other products and protocols currently available on the platform, including HopeCard, HopeSwap, and HOPE. The platform will also do its utmost to ensure that the rights and interests of affected users are protected, and the corresponding funds are still in a safe state.
