Google Updates Search Guidelines to Acknowledge the Role of AI in Content Creation

Google has updated its search guidelines to acknowledge the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in content creation. The search engine giant is now monitoring "content created for people" rather than just "content written by people" to rank sites on its search engine.

However, Google still aims to reward original, helpful, and human content that provides value to users. The use of repetitive or low-quality AI content could still hurt search engine optimization (SEO), and writers and editors must still play an active role in the process of content creation.
