Galxe, a web3 credentials and rewards platform, has confirmed that its official website was compromised due to a DNS hijack attack. Hackers exploited a DNS exploit to redirect users to a phishing site associated with a malicious contract aimed at stealing user funds. The incident has resulted in a loss of funds for some users, with the hacker's address amassing over $140,000 in user funds. Galxe has advised users not to use the site while they resolve the issue.
