The Fujitsu Web3 Acceleration Platform offers a developmental environment, blockchain-based service APIs and high-computing technologies for startups, partner companies and universities building Web3 applications and services.
Fujitsu hopes to create a rich ecosystem that enables users to develop Web3 applications covering a broad range of use cases, including digital content rights management, contracts, business transactions and processes.
It will also provide access to the platform free of charge to select participants of its global partner program, Fujitsu Accelerator Program for CaaS to drive co-creation of new Web3 services. Program partners can use the platform in Japan from March 2023, with availability also expanding to partners globally later this year.
In addition to blockchain and verification technologies, the platform will provide users access to Fujitsu’s advanced computing technologies and applications for developing and running simulations, AI and combinatorial optimisation applications. This will help users to analyse and evaluate multiple scenarios for formulating solutions to various issues based on data that ensures trust.
Fujitsu’s three key themes of Web3
1. Realisation of a co-creation society through decentralized autonomous organisations (DAO)
2. Rights management and utilisation of digital contents
3. Realisation of digital trust
