Former SEC Official Predicts Drama in Binance vs SEC Lawsuit Hearing on Monday

Former US SEC enforcement chief John Reed Stark predicts a dramatic hearing on Monday in the SEC's lawsuit against Binance. Stark believes that the SEC has a stronger case against Binance due to the exchange's non-cooperation.

Magistrate Judge Faruqui has ordered the SEC to provide a reason for maintaining sealed or redacted documents related to the motion to compel depositions from Binance.US CEO and CFO. Binance has filed a motion for a protective order to prevent the SEC from accessing certain business files and content.
