Florida Man and Company Sue Crypto Mining Operators for Securities Violations and Breach of Contract

June 21 (Cointime) - Roberto Rubim and his company, Orion30 LLC, have filed a lawsuit against Andrey Kechik, Andrey Taranov, Crypto LLC, and GOGO Technologies LLC in Clark County Superior Court.

The suit claims that the defendants violated Washington's securities act, breached their contract, and violated the state's Consumer Protection Act. The defendants allegedly solicited investors to purchase unregistered securities in the form of cryptocurrency mining packages, promising a rapid return on investment and significant passive income.

Rubim claims to have invested over $800,000 in the defendants' crypto mining operations, but has not received repayment.
