MacBrennan Peet, a founding team member of Mrgn Labs, believes that tokens are necessary for building open-source protocols and that points are the highest leverage way to test incentives and attract users.

Despite the possibility of incorrect allocation of tokens during protocol launches due to the practice of creating multiple identities to take advantage of airdrops, Bruder believes that experimentation with points is necessary. He emphasizes the importance of offering attractive incentives to users.
