Tim Beiko, a core developer of Ethereum, said the Ethereum Shanghai upgrade test is in its final stage, and cross-client EVM fuzzing is ongoing.

"Testing is entering its final stages, with a last mainnet shadow fork scheduled next week and cross-client EVM fuzzing of the latest releases." Beiko said.

Lodestar has released a new optional version, and Prysm may also release an update prior to the upgrade.
