However, a new standard called DRC-20 has emerged, which is similar to BRC-20 and has been used to create Dogecoin-specific digital artifacts called "Elons." These Elons can be engraved with arbitrary content and serve as fungible or non-fungible tokens without relying on a separate token or sidechain. Some up-and-coming meme coins, such as Cheems, Dogewow, Misu, Pepe, and Meme, are using the DRC-20 standard. However, investors should be cautious as meme coins are often influenced by speculative trading and social media trends rather than traditional financial analysis.
