Digital Currency Group (DCG) and its CEO Barry Silbert have requested the consolidation of two class action lawsuits over alleged losses during the crypto winter. The defendants argue that both cases have the same facts, legal issues, and class definitions, and consolidating them would promote judicial efficiency. They have also asked for the case to be transferred from New York to Connecticut. However, the plaintiffs in Connecticut have contested the move, arguing that it's premature to decide before the case in New York gets approved for transfer.
