The developers lightclient, Sam Wilson, and Ansgar Dietrichs jointly proposed the "EIP-7377: Migration Transaction" draft. This deal is only for one-time use of migrating EOA to a smart contract. It is designed to call the deployed contract (at the sender address) immediately after deployment to allow the sender to perform any kind of further processing.
