South Korean cryptocurrency platform GDAC was hacked, resulting in the loss of nearly $13 million worth of digital assets, including 60 BTC, 350.5 ETH, 10,000,000 WEMIX, and 220,000 USDT.
The platform has taken emergency measures, blocked the wallet network, and reported the problem to law enforcement agencies, while working with various organizations to detect the criminals and resume all operations.
Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol Euler Finance was also hacked, with perpetrators stealing almost $200 million in digital assets through a flash loan attack. After negotiations with the protocol's team, the wrongdoer returned all recoverable assets.
