June 26 (Cointime) - The court overseeing the SEC's case against Binance has ruled that there is no need to revise either party's public statements from June 26.
The judge stated that it is not necessary for the court to become involved in "wordsmithing" press releases, and that there is currently no indication that the statements made will have a material impact on the proceedings.
The court has also set a timeline for proceedings, with Binance's responsive pleadings due on Sept. 21 and the SEC's oppositions due on Nov. 7. The case's conclusion date remains uncertain.
