Core DAO has proposed a vote to expand the number of validator nodes on the Core chain from 21 to 31 before the second quarter of 2025, with the aim of enhancing decentralization and attracting reputable infrastructure providers. This proposal aims to gradually expand the number of validators without affecting staking rewards, strengthening the decentralization and resilience of the network.
