Coinbase's Chief Legal Officer, Paul Grewal.eth, stated that today the court decided to proceed with most of the claims in our case with the SEC, but dismissed the claims against Coinbase Wallet. We are prepared for this and look forward to learning more about the SEC's internal views and discussions on cryptocurrency regulation. We encourage Congress to build on last year's momentum and advance comprehensive digital asset legislation in the United States. We also appreciate the court's understanding that Coinbase Wallet and other technological innovations do not and cannot involve US securities laws.
