CME Global Head of Crypto Products: Bitcoin and Ethereum have shown good resilience during last year’s turbulent market

Giovanni Vicioso, global head of CME Group's encryption products, said at the Singapore Token2049 "Institutionalization of Digital Assets" theme roundtable: When some companies consider investing in the field of cryptocurrency, these companies must show their participation and investment to the board of directors and shareholders. Therefore, they must do their homework to prove why they want to do this, because they see the potential value. This is something they must be able to convince the board of directors and shareholders of.

Therefore, some companies have already explored in this field because they believe. They believe that this technology will exist in the long term and will not disappear. As we have seen today, Bitcoin and Ethereum are both digital currencies. Last year was a good year, we saw some well-known companies fail, we saw some projects fail, but Bitcoin and Ethereum showed resilience.

We saw the rise of these two digital currencies earlier this year. Currently, volatility has fallen to historical levels. Therefore, you can see that institutions have really seized this opportunity and are preparing for the development of the next generation and the next level of growth.
