Meme project Cheems in the BNB Chain ecosystem announced a partnership with Top Hat to launch the Cheems AI proxy robot. Users can now try to chat and interact with the robot through the Telegram channel. Top Hat is an infrastructure platform that creates multi-purpose AI agents on Solana with an intuitive interface. Top Hat can easily customize agents beyond role-playing.
