ChatGPT webpage stuck again and unable to log in

OpenAI announced on Monday at its first developer conference that it will release the latest preview version of GPT-4Turbo, a more powerful and faster version of the large language model that supports ChatGPT. However, this morning, ChatGPT showed an unable to log in status. After users clicked on the login button, the webpage displayed a blank page with only one prompt.
