Specifically, the supply limit for USDC is recommended to be increased to 40 million, while the borrowing limit remains unchanged; the supply limit for WETH is recommended to be increased to 30,000, with the borrowing limit increased to 27,000; the supply and borrowing limits for wstETH are both recommended to be increased to 16,000 and 720, respectively.
