on February 18, according to official sources, the Hong Kong-listed company Boya Interactive (0434.HK) signed a token subscription agreement with MTTESports to subscribe to 10% of its token supply (approximately 210 million MTT tokens) with 4.18 million USDT, which will be linearly unlocked starting from January 2026 and fully unlocked within 48 months. Previously, Boya Interactive completed the first round of investment with 100 BTC in September 2024, with a total investment of approximately 10 million US dollars over two rounds. Currently, Boya Interactive holds 25% equity in MTTESports, a company focused on Web3 infrastructure and game research and development operations.
