San Francisco-based blockchain company Ripple has been ranked eighth in the Small & Medium category of the latest Great Place to Work ranking for the Bay Area in 2023. The ranking is based on employee feedback, with 95% of Ripple employees considering it a great workplace, compared to the 57% average for a typical U.S.-based company.

The Great Place To Work survey uses its proprietary Trust Index to evaluate companies, measuring key behaviors that foster trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the company. Among large companies, Cisco took the top spot, while Nvidia and Atlassian, Inc. were ranked second and third, respectively.
