June 20 (Cointime) - Long-term investors are accumulating Bitcoin at the fastest rate in six months, according to Glassnode's illiquid supply change metric. The number of coins held by illiquid wallets rose to 147,351.58 BTC on Monday, the most since December 19, 2020.
The data shows that investors remain confident in Bitcoin's price prospects despite macroeconomic uncertainty and regulatory risks. The rate of flow into illiquid wallets suggests a gradual and steady accumulation is taking place, supporting the potential for a price rise. Technical charts suggest a scope for bull revival as long as crucial support at $25,200 is held intact.
