Binance will stop Russian ruble deposits on November 15th, and withdrawals will continue until January 31st next year

According to an official announcement on November 10th, after deciding to withdraw from the Russian market and sell its local business to CommEX, Binance will stop accepting Russian ruble (RUB) deposits at 00:00 on November 15th, 2023 UTC time (08:00 Beijing time). Withdrawals of Russian rubles will continue until 00:00 on January 31st, 2024 UTC time (08:00 Beijing time). Users who hold legal balances in Russian rubles can transfer their funds to the CommEX platform for free by registering or logging into a CommEX account and linking it to their corresponding Binance account. After the connection is completed, users can transfer Russian rubles from Binance to CommEX.

    According to the monitoring of on-chain analyst Yu Jin, Jump Trading may be selling ETH: they are currently redeeming a wstETH (120,000 pieces) worth $410 million in batches into ETH and then transferring it to exchanges such as Binance/OKX.
