The specific arrangement is as follows: Binance is expected to suspend the recharge and withdrawal of OSMO tokens at 23:00 on August 23, 2023, and support the network upgrade of Osmosis (OSMO) at the Osmosis block height of 11,126,100 (expected to be at 00:00 on August 24, 2023 in the Eastern Time Zone).
