Nansen posted on X platform, stating that since CZ resigned as CEO of Binance, more than $1 billion in funds have flowed out of Binance, but Binance still controls $65 billion in assets. This is not the first time Binance has dealt with massive outflows of funds.
Previously, CZ stated that Richard Teng will take over as CEO of Binance. He plans to take a short break and invest passively in fields such as blockchain, Web3, DeFi, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology. "I can't imagine becoming the CEO of a startup again. In the future, I may be willing to privately mentor a few entrepreneurs and at least tell them what not to do."
At the same time, CZ emphasized that the solution reached with US regulatory agencies did not accuse Binance of embezzling user funds or manipulating the market. He looks forward to the new leadership leading Binance towards a new chapter and congratulates Richard Teng on his promotion.
