Following an order from the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), Binance has announced that its Polish entity will offer services to Belgian residents. Binance Poland sp. z o.o., which was registered with Polish regulatory authorities in January, will comply with regulatory obligations for Belgian residents seeking services on the exchange. Some users may need to submit documentation in accordance with Know Your Customer requirements for Poland rather than Belgium. This announcement comes after Belgium's financial regulator ordered Binance to stop offering crypto exchange and custody wallet services due to violations of the country's Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism requirements.
