Arbitrum to Unlock 92.65 Million ARB Tokens in 'Cliff Unlock' Event

Arbitrum, a major layer-2 blockchain system, is preparing for a significant event on April 16, 2024, called the "Cliff Unlock." This event will release approximately 92.65 million ARB tokens, which is equivalent to 3.49% of the total tokens in circulation. The market value of this release is approximately $116.73 million. The "Cliff Unlock" event may cause short-term price changes, but it is uncertain what will happen to the token's value in the long term. Other projects, such as Axie Infinity and Immutable X, are also set to release tokens this week.
