Arbitrum, a popular Ethereum layer-2 scaling solution, experienced a temporary pause in transaction processing due to a bug in its sequencer's batch poster. The incident lasted for only an hour and did not significantly affect the price of the ARB token.

Other layer-2 solutions, such as Optimism and ImmutableX, have seen price increases in recent days, possibly due to increased demand as authorities crack down on the crypto industry. Optimism also completed a mainnet migration to Bedrock, which reduces deposit-confirmation time and lowers gas fees.
